I need 6 to get Gold fr the damn Napfa. Right now I can't even get silver. Grreat. Paced tmo fr his 2.4km. Dared nt push him too hard cos he kept complaining of pains and stuff. But long D is all in e mind yea.. but he still failed and I felt bad yea. Cos I told him nt to stop so tt this wld be his last run. Sadly he has to run again nxt wk and I hv to pull again nxt wk too. wth.

Skipped Math tutorial. Went to lib to do chem. Fell aslp fr a while. Went fr Chem. Then Bio. Fell aslp in Bio. Then had MT. Fell aslp during MT. Went home aft tt. Fell aslp on the dining table. Shit. I'm falling aslp everywhere.

Trg again tmr. According to coach, no spikes needed which means no sprinting, just the drills. I need tt really. Cos I can't sprint right now w/ many thanks to my knee again. God.. It seriously hurts like shit now. I'm hoping I dun get the kinda deadly injury tt mas hv now. Man.. no sprinting fr almost 2/3 of a yr. Picture tt. Ouch. Anyway tmr I got to ask Gen if she wants to hv gym trg aft official track trg ends. Maybe once a wk or smth.
