Shagged aft I had nt trained fr so long
Went to sch late. Had GP fr 1st 2 periods. Did smth on predudice and discrimmination. Maths lec 2 boring periods.. then had chem but we used tt time to take class photo instead. Jon brought his cam and we gt this dude to help us get our shots. Made stupid poses fr the informal take. Such as one leg up on Elyn's head. Hahas.
Math tutorial was boring. Almost dozed off sia. F*** face wong was such a bastard child. ZZZ. Aft sch went to lib. Wanted to do some wk but ended up crapping w/ Joanne. Then went dwn to get changed fr trg w/ Gen and Jean. No pun intended. Saw Gen's 'new toy' frm coach la. I am so lucky I don't have that. Those ankle weights are nt fun la.. And I narrowly escaped wearing tt during trg. Talk abt tormenting trg. Hahas. Mr Yazid clamimed tt its 'off season' now so we do more drills and such. Hahas.. I thot it'll be easy cos mst prob no sprints implemented. But I was wrong man.. Its isn't less tiring. Had to run 6 of 1/2 rounds of the field. Initially it was 8 until Gen begged fr lesser. Then we did hurdles one legged style. Right then left 5 times each. DOTS. I felt so clumsy doing it. Maybe I wasn't used to it yea. Then we did the proper hurdling style. Coach told me to stretch outwards more than jumping more. Holy shit. He told me tt I shld train hurdles frm now on instead of sprints. ARGH~.. shit. I want to improve my sprints.. my hurdles aren't gd anyway. Maybe I appeared good when trg w/ the gals. Key word: APPEARED. Wahahas.. Aww man. I hope he's nt serious abt tt. Oh yea and he told me to get myself a pair of tt ankle weights thingy. wtf~ Its nt cheap sia. Monday shld be trg again w/ Gen and Joanne. This is so boring. We're told to do min 200m sprints.. nt allowed to do anything lesser. Reason? 'off season' what the heck has tt got to do w/ distance sprint?
Ok.. he's e coach so I'll just follow whatever he says..
And I am super shagged aft the last part of today's trg. Am so dead. Coach placed hullahoops or whatever you spell tt as.. on e field. Then its placed far apart yet it gets closer until there's one left. Tt's suppose to help our starts.. and the feeling isn't great cos twrds the end we still gotta sprint off. Did tt 8 times. Tt's like shagging.. YAWNS.
