A day wasted..

Slacked whole day.
Stupid..
Woke up late, no thanks to headache.
So I didn't go fr trg. Which is like my 1st time?
Hahas.. slept till 12pm.
I hv no idea how I spent my aftnoon tho.
Met up w/ James @ 7.
Wanted to go Tamp stadium to run.
When we reached there.. we realised there's a soccer match gg on..
so had to make a detour to MJC to run instead.
Alighted at the wrong freaking stop.
So had to walk a long distance before reaching the track.
Did 2.4km under 11mins. Almost 11mins.. hahas.. Damn sucky.
Did sprint drills and sprinted 2x100m.
Tt was in return fr missing today's sprints trg.
Sighs.
Anyway.. me and James waited @ e busstop waiting fr 358. Aft 15mins.. we realised there's no 358 there. LOLS
How blur can we be man..
Went w/ him to DTE to get his dinner.
I drank Ice milo.
Its always my favourite.. when its sweet enough, that is..
Went home and had a lil chat w/ Captain on MSN.
Hmm... ok I change my perspective of looking at the jumpers..
And I look up to her fr her track spirit despite those horrid chronic back pains.
yup~ now I understand..
And I know our track rocks. =p
