400m is nt my event

SUX. Yea~ tt's how I ran. SUX. SHIT. Met up w/ e J1 trackers who are having events today and did warmups together. Felt the strain frm ytd's 100m dash. Its on my left thingh. Hurts like shit. ouch* -.- Me, Jon, Tun Gene and some other j1s ran e 1st heats. Tun Gene came in 1st AS EXPECTED. 56s sia. I wanna commit suicide. Er, I came in 2nd but the time is damn off la. 62s lo. Pathetic. PATHETIC!!! I must thank my left thigh ar.. but again.. these are excuses. I cld hv ignored the pain and stretch to e max.

But again. 200m and 100m semi finals is on Friday and those 2 events are much more worth pushing lo. =p Today overall fr j1s I'm third. Sad case. 1st Tun Gene, 2nd QiXiang.. 61s. That one second~! Nvm. 400m is simply nt my event. BLEAH~ Oh yea~ we're still on j1s la.. j2s whack like some cheetah. 5 j2s ran. Alfi 1st (53s!!!). Yi Run 2nd. 3rd and 4th is either Khai or Joel. 5th Hong Peng. Dun look dwn on Hong Peng. His timing is 61s. Its still faster than me la. Whao liao eh. Am I a sprinter or a snail. And I did e timing so I know he's really that fast. =X scary~ Alfi IS NOT A HUMAN. I'n nt angry. I'm damn impressed. And I"m afraid of him. =X I didn't dare speak to him nor congratulate him cos he looks erm fierce. XD

Oh ya Alfi got a cut frm ytd's 100m dash due to e thread at the finish line. He is at such a speed where the thread actually cuts his throat... wth. Overall according to timing.. I'm no.8 fr 400m. BLEAH. I wonder if I shld run on Monday. I'm nt trained fr 400m sia. =/ Nvm. Anyway Durga gt 1st fr 400m. CLAPS. Poor Mastura.. heard her personal best is 60s. SHE'S A GAL. And tt's her timing. She's crazy. But she had knee or is it calves prob at the 300m mark so she frm 1st become 7th. But even limping 100m doesn't make her last lo. This shows how fast she is.. erm.. or is it how slow e last gal is. XD sry. I shall nt be mean. Everyone who took part and finished the race shld be encouraged and motivated. =)

BTW Crystal threw javelin. She's right. Tt scene is comical. XD Jus jk... But she managed to get into 2nd round or smth. Nt bad huh? (fr her height) XD There's only one day fr me to recover before Friday comes. 200m tt Alfi guy also running. Spoil my chances again. -.- But I'm more worried fr 100m cos all e j2s are really damn fast. I hope I get into e finals. If nt.. at least nt the last few of the semifinals. =X =/ Sighs~ Nt in e mood to think abt anymore running fr the moment. I think I've strained and pulled enough muscles. Shld jus sit back and relax. Hahas.. yup~ cya. *poof*
